The weight, cardio rooms, and group fitness classes at all our facilities are designed for patrons ages 14 years and up. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian and go through a weight room walk through. Please schedule an appointment at your preferred center. Group Fitness classes are allowed for those 14 years and up as well. Check the Activity Guide or your center for youth specific fitness programming.

Events:
Elsie Stuhr Fitness Sampler from 10-11:15 AM on Dececmber 12. It will include a Zumba Gold cardio section to get the circulation and vibes flowing. This will be followed by Essentrics for therapeutic movement, strength and balance. We will follow up with some fun and games, and conclude with a yoga-style cool down and stretch.
