THPRD offers 14 park shelters that you can rent any time of year at parks across the district. Shelters are rentable between the hours of 8:30am to dusk and accommodate a variety of events from small family gatherings to larger neighborhood events. To reserve your shelter rental, follow the five steps below.

Are you planning to have an inflatable bouncy house or similar large equipment at your event? If so, you must also complete and submit this Waiver for Inflatables.
We will then contact you about any additional requirements as needed.
Pay for your shelter rental…
THPRD will review your form and email you a weblink. You will follow that weblink to pay the cost of your shelter rental. You can choose to pay with a credit card or a THPRD Gift Card. If you are experiencing issues with the weblink, click here for help or reply to our email with any questions.
We will email you a confirmation receipt once we receive your payment, Shelter Rental Form and any additional forms needed for your event. We will also share some helpful reminders about your shelter rental.
Bring a copy of this receipt to your event to use as proof of your shelter reservation. Then you will be ready for your event!
