The Tea House offers a small space for intimate gatherings of all kinds.

The Main House offers 5 rooms for rent. Small and large groups welcome!

The Stable offers two large rooms for rent that will fit small groups up to 120 people.

This 68-acre property features an early 20th century home and stable, both built in the early 1900s.

The Jenkins Estate is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Take a self-guided tour of the Jenkins Estate grounds and explore nearly two miles of trails.

In 1976, the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District purchased this 68-acre Jenkins Estate on the northwest slope of Cooper Mountain overlooking the Tualatin Valley. Tucked into a wooded niche on Cooper Mountain, Jenkins Estate is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Main House is a seven-bedroom structure modeled after a hunting lodge built for the English royal family. The property includes a collection of historic buildings and gardens, preserving a look at the early 20th century genteel lifestyle.

THPRD started a concept plan process in summer 2017 to help guide the activities, uses and goals of the Jenkins Estate. The overall goal was to assess the community needs for recreation, historic preservation, natural resource preservation and stewardship, and evaluate future use opportunities.

We invite guests to take self-guided tours to explore nearly two miles of trails, and breathtaking views of the gardens, the Tualatin Valley and surrounding mountainside.

Join THPRD for Walk with Me, a series of free guided walks happening weekly throughout the summer! These walks are a great way to explore local parks & trails, connect with others in our community, and enjoy the fresh air – all while staying active!

Help us spruce up the rhododendron gardens at Jenkins Estate! Volunteers will help weed, mulch, and resurface gravel trails, as needed. Please bring a reusable water bottle to drink from throughout the day. Tools and gloves will be provided. No gardening experience necessary. Parking is available in the lower lot, just below the Rhododendron Gardens.

¡Ayúdanos a arreglar la huerta rododendro en Jenkins Estate! Los voluntarios nos ayudaran a eliminar hierbas, agregar abono, y repavimentar senderos de grava según sea necesario. Traiga una botella de agua reutilizable para beber durante su turno. Se proporcionarán herramientas y guantes. No se requiere de experiencia en jardinería. Estacionamiento disponible en el lote más bajo, debajo de la Huerta Rododendro.
