Two public meetings of the Budget Committee of the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District, Washington County, state of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, will be held in April 2025 and May 2025. The first meeting will be held on April 17, 2025, at 6:00 pm. This is an in-person public meeting where deliberation of the budget committee will take place. The meeting will be held at the Tualatin Valley Water District, 1850 SW 170th Avenue, Beaverton, Oregon. The purpose of the first meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment on the Proposed Budget from the public. The second meeting will be held virtually on May 15, 2025, at 6:00 pm for approval of the budget.
Virtual attendance of these meetings is available by emailing budgetcommitteecomments@thprd.org by 12 pm the day of the meeting.
Testimony on the Proposed Budget is being accepted for this meeting in-person, virtually, or written. Testimony will be taken with a time limit during public comment.

If you wish to submit written testimony via email, please do so by 12 pm the day of the meeting to budgetcommitteecomments@thprd.org. Testimony received by the deadline will be provided to the committee and entered into the public record.
