WOW - Wellness on Wheels

Our purpose is to bring fitness prgramming to "55 and better" district residents. Our Wellness on Wheels (WOW) van is fully equipped with equipment, and health and wellness information, and a certified instructor. We provide safe, appropriate instruction and test participants to measure their progress.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are not teaching in person classes in facilities. Please check out our Virtual Recreation Center and our Fitness in the Parks Program.

Bringing WOW To Your Facility:

We will be ready to teach wherever your are, traveling to independent living facilities, low-income housing facilities, hospitals, local churches and meeting spaces in the near future. For the time being, we can provide printed exercise programs, bands, balls, mats, and support so residents may work out safely.
