Middle School Track & Field Karate – Youth/Adult
Join a Track & Field team and train two days a week at your school's Karate Kids
campus. Each school will be scheduled for one off-site practice and three Beginning karate with a less structured curriculum. Children will gain skills
meets (Meet schedule TBD on a Tuesday or Thursday in April & May). in self-confidence, respect, cooperation, effective communication and
