Preparing for Your Tennis Class
Shoes: Only Tennis Shoes with proper support should be worn. They are built
with side-to-side movement in mind and offer more lateral stability.
For your safety, no running shoes, cleated shoes,
boots, sandals/open-toed shoes, heels, flats or
other street shoes are allowed on the Tennis court.
Why use low-compression balls? They bounce lower and slower which is
perfect for teaching students of varying heights and skill levels.
