                                     Weight Room Orientation

          Learn the proper techniques for using weight room equipment. This is an hour-long session led by a certified personal trainer designed
          to get your workout routine off to a great start! Discuss goals and learn how to use some of our weight and cardio machines. Weight
          Room Orientations are financial aid eligible.
