Preschool Programs

Nine-Month Preschool 2022-2023 School Year

Registration is available now, contact the facility to register. There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee due at the time of registration. The first tuition payment for September will be due on August 15, 2022.

Jump Start & Kids First Preschool at Cedar Hills Recreation Center

Jump Start & Kids First are preschool programs based around the Reggio Emilia philosophy which uses creative play and social learning to prepare children for kindergarten. Your child will be placed in a group of children for the nine-month preschool program from September through May. The preschool programs will run at the Cedar Hills Recreation Center located at 11640 SW Park Way in Portland, Oregon.

-Tuition is paid on a monthly basis and is due by the 15th of the month prior (example: November tuition is due by October 15th). If payment is received after the 15th, a late fee of $30 will be charged.

-All children MUST be able to use the restroom independently before entering preschool. Pull-ups are not allowed.

-Children must be the correct age by September 1st.

• Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Time: 9:00am - 11:30am
• Length: September through May
• Cost $275 monthly tuition

• Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Time: 1:00pm – 3:30pm

Virtual Open House (Held February 1, 2022)
We hosted a virtual open house for the nine-month preschool programs for the 2022-2023 school year at THPRD. We gave a brief overview of the preschool programs and then attendees asked questions they had about the upcoming school year.
