Aerobics, Shallow Water
Come enjoy this low-impact fitness class. You will experience lively music and a social atmosphere as challenging exercises improve your strength, flexibility and balance. This is a low to moderate intensity aquarobics class.
Perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles. Level 3
Cardio Core & Hydro Power
Shallow water exercise class focusing on cardiovascular conditioning, muscle fitness, and range-of-motion. For those looking to improve fitness by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise. Level 2 or 3
Join us on Sundays for Deep Water Aerobics. This fun and challenging class will start your week off right! It will focus on cardio conditioning as well as an abdominal workout that will keep you coming back for more! Level 3
Dig Deep & Deep Water Warrior
An exercise class in the deep water. For those looking to make a difference by adding a no-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Flotation belts provided. Level 2 or 3
Flex & Stretch (Back & Arthritis Exercise)
Don't let pain stop you from exercising. Water provides excellent resistance while giving comfort and support to your body. Increase your mobility and flexibility through water walking, stretching, range of motion, mild aerobics and more. If you have back problems, arthritis, surgery, fibromyalgia, and other pain issues or just want to get started with general exercise this class is designed for you. This class is also good for anyone needing increased flexibility and toning. All ages. Level 1
Healing Waters This is a drop-in water exercise program for those with disabilities. This 90-minute adaptive water program allows you time to work on cognitive or physical disabilities.
